I recommend updating right away to have the following updates:
1- track your tracts
2- mark a month reported without emailing it if that is your preference.
3- works in any time zone.

How’s this for weird? I installed the latest update and lost data for one day.
Just one day. That day’s note and hours are gone.
And yet, the total tally of hours for the month so far is still correct. Total R.V.s for the month are correct, as well.
So I have not lost any collective totals, and since there was only a Bible study that day with no placements, my placement totals are unchanged, as well.
Will manually filling in the data for that missing day mess up my total hours for the month? Will it also add a redundant R.V.?
What do you suggest I do?
Please let me know how it ended up… Did you get a message box telling you it was going to migrate your data?
Again – I apologize for this bug. Shouldn’t happen again.
Did they move to another day? That might have happened. IF the totals are still there, it’s likely they moved. In your case you had a DST issue with your phone which I couldn’t replicate… So I am not 100% sure what happened. But what the update did what the following:
Flattened the Time Zone to just the date. Then looked for overlapping items and merged them. So if your day that was lost from before was logged at say 11/15/2013 Timezone 1 and you had data on 11/14/2013 timezone 2 – they likely would both be on the same day. Notes, hours, placements, etc would have all merged.
If it’s not, then I am not sure unfortunately – since the issue you had, I can’t replicate and have no way of knowing what happened underneath.
Try restarting the app – i.e. close it by double clicking the home button and swiping to close it.
If that doesn’t help – you might need to uninstall and reinstall and reenter data – which I hope you don’t have to do…
In any event, once this upgrade is complete – this issue will not arise again.
