    1. Hello Cammie, I unfortunately have not implemented a roll over as of yet. I just move my partial hours to the first of the next month before reporting. But that is a good suggestion. I’ll look into integrating that into the next release if that is possible. Thanks for using My Ministry.

  1. Oh good, someone already asked this! I was just about to ask if you could design it to drop the partial hour on the emailed report, and add it to the beginning of the following month. I have another service app which does this, but I really like the features and ease of use of My Ministry better. The carryover issue is the only thing that holds me up on switching apps right now. This app is also very easy for young publishers to use, but again the issue of carryover can be difficult for them to remember.

    1. I have finally gotten he time to implement this feature. I am currently testing it out, and hope to post it in the next couple of weeks.

I have posted what it will look like on this site – please take a look and let me know if you have any concerns.

      Look for the update.

      Thanks again for the suggestion!

  2. I was wondering if there is a way to add more than one publisher at the time . For our family I will like to keep truck of my small unbaptise publisher kids, they don’t have a phone so I will like to be able to use this program to
Keep record of my service time as well as their service time under their name
Thank you for the software is really nice

    1. Hello.

Originally I started with a design to allow multiple publishers, however in use it got confusing, adding time to wrong account, etc.

So in the end I decided for simplicity since the majority of publishers wouldn’t use that feature.

At this point, the data structures wouldn’t support a change like this.

      Thanks for the comment.

      Have a great day.
