Hello,
I wanted to let you know that I am working on a release to keep in harmony with the latest direction. I have completed the slightly new layout, with Placements and Video Showings and have updated the service year at a glance tab.
These changes will go retroactive to keep my ministry simple, and easy to follow. Therefore my plan is to release the new build in the first week of January, so that December reports can be processed with Magazines, Books, Brochures & Tracts.
I am finalizing my testing to ensure everything works as expected with this large change to how we track and report of monthly service.
I am also planning future updates once this one is released around reminding those who have connected to Dropbox, to back up at a regular interval when the app is opened.

I don’t know much about how to create apps and the difficukty, but was curious how hard it would be to add muliple users? I have two daughters and I keep there placement and time recorded for the month til they are able to do tit themselves. Just curious! 🙂 very nice app, simple interface! Ty!
Thanks for reaching out. I originally started with multiple users but the user interface became too cumbersome so I decided against it since for most users it would only be one user.

I notice (see picture I send) that when I enter the hrs. on the app in September, it didn’t show as normal from previous month, truly am not sure how to explain, I was hopping the picture will help. The hrs. on the graph wasn’t shown any thing.

The hours on the graph only show once you report the month. Until then the graph and averages don’t include it otherwise your hours will look like they dropped off.

Hello, Im looking at my YTD Hrs. And the totals doesn’t match; I’m like 4 hrs off. I add all the hrs from each month on the grafic and does not match with the “totals for service year (YTD)
That’s weird. I’ve never had an issue with totals not matching. To show in the graph the month must be reported.
Hours for the current month aren’t in the graph.
